  • Errors: While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, inadvertent errors may occur. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if a price contains an obvious and gross error, we are not bound to supply the product at that incorrect price and will refund any payments made.
  • Stock Availability: Displaying a product on our store does not guarantee stock availability. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitute, store credit, or a full refund.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are guidelines only. Core Collective is not liable for structural delays caused by courier companies or factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, civil unrest, or infrastructure disruptions).
  • Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is governed separately by our Return & Refund Policy, which complies fully with Section 56 of the CPA (6-month defect rule) and Section 44 of the ECT Act (7-day cooling-off window). By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Privacy and POPI Act Compliance
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through this Shopify store (such as your name, delivery address, email, and phone number) will be processed strictly in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
